Cauliflower Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower or 3 c. fresh cauliflowerets (1 medium head), cooked and drained
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. Wyler's chicken flavor instant bouillon
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded mild Cheddar cheese
dash of pepper
1/2 c. buttered, soft bread crumbs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In medium saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour.
Add milk and bouillon.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Stir in cauliflower and mix well.
Turn into 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake, uncovered, 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
