Italian Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
    1/3 c. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    1 2/3 c. macaroni
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook meat in large, heavy frying pan until it loses red color, but is not brown; drain fat.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste, onion and seasonings.
    Simmer slowly for 30 minutes; stir as needed.
