Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 deep dish pie crust
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Fry and drain sausage.
    Sprinkle eggs with salt and pepper; beat in milk.
    Layer 1 cup cheese and all sausage, crumbled.
    Pour in milk and egg mixture.
    Top with other cup of cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until fork inserted in center comes out clean. Rub butter on crust edges before baking and lay foil loosely over top for any extended baking time.
