Fresh Haddock With Shrimp Sauce(Serves 2) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 haddock fillets (fresh)
1/4 lb. cooked shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. each: sherry, Worcestershire sauce and orange juice
2 small tomatoes
2 tsp. water
Preparation

In medium skillet, melt butter and cook haddock.
While haddock is simmering, combine orange juice, Worcestershire sauce and sherry in medium bowl.
Add shrimp and marinate.
