Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, beaten
12 ounces grated cheddar cheese
6 tablespoon flour
1/4 pound butter
2 cup cottage cheese
1 pound broccoli, steamed and chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
