Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 level Tbsp. plain flour
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks with 3/4 cup sugar and melted butter.
    Mix the other 3/4 cup sugar with cocoa, flour and salt.
    Add enough hot water to dissolve mixture (very little).
    Put the two mixtures together and mix thoroughly.
    Add milk and vanilla.
    Mixture will be thin.
    Pour in 9-inch unbaked pastry shell and bake until firm, about 30 to 45 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0.
    Cool and cover with usual meringue.
    Brown lightly at 350\u00b0.
