Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/3 c. shredded cheese
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Mix until mixture resembles crumbs. Stir in cheese and buttermilk until dough leaves sides of bowl.
    (Dough is sticky.) Turn out on floured board.
    Knead about 10 times. Roll out 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut.
    Place on ungreased baking pan. Bake until brown, about 10 to 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
