Apple Puffed Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 apples, sliced thin
    2 to 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter with apples in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Heat in oven until butter sizzles.
    Don't brown.
    Remove from oven.
    Mix the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and cinnamon until blended.
    It should be slightly lumpy.
    Pour batter on top of apples in baking dish.
    Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes until puffed and brown.
