Pan Coating - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
Preparation
-
Blend until smooth, then put in jar or closed container and use
as
needed.
Heavily
coat
pan
before pouring cake batter into
them.
Coat using a pastry brush or folded paper towel or hands.
Instead
of
greasing and flouring cake pans, coat with this mixture.
Works great!
