Peanut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Cream butter with sugar and peanut butter; add vanilla and egg, beating until fluffy.
    Stir in soda and salt.
    Blend in flour; mix until a stiff dough forms.
    Best way to do this is with your hands; shape into walnut size balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Press with fork crisscross to flatten. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes until lightly browned.
