Lobster Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or parsley leaves
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 drops hot red pepper sauce
    2 c. cooked lobster meat (about 2 1/4 lb. lobster)
    4 frankfurter rolls
    4 lemon wedges
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine celery, mayonnaise, basil, lemon juice, black pepper, salt and red pepper sauce.
    Fold in lobster until combined.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes.
