Salad Festival Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or light mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Chill.
    Serve over salad greens, topped with bananas, fresh pineapple, citrus, grapes and strawberries.
    Add sliced celery, onion and green and red peppers. Sprinkle liberally with salad toppings and croutons.
    Yields 1 1/4 cups.
