Sophie'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1 medium can crushed pineapple
    4 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Combine
    all
    ingredients,
    except egg whites, in bowl, mixing until well blended.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour
    into greased and floured tube pan.
    Place in cold oven, then turn on to 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
