Homemade Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. red bell peppers
    1 doz. green bell peppers
    1 doz. large green tomatoes
    6 or 8 onions
    salt to taste
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 c. vinegar (white)
    1 small jar mustard
Preparation
    Boil 10 minutes.
    Make a thin paste, using 1/2 cup flour and water.
    Add to vegetable mixture.
    Cook for 8 minutes more. Remove from heat; add 1 quart salad dressing.
    Blend well.
    Put into jars and seal.
    Yield:
    8 to 9 pints.
    Serve with meats, salads or sandwiches.
