Beef And Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew beef or shank of beef
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
1 can lima beans
1 can carrots
1 can corn
1 can okra
1 bay leaf
1 can beef broth
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil meat in 2 quarts of water for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
Add vegetables.
Simmer for another 1/2 hour.
