Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lasagna noodles, prepared
    2 egg whites
    8 oz. fat-free cottage cheese
    4 oz. fat-free Mozzarella cheese
    3 to 4 c. spaghetti sauce (nonfat; low salt)
Preparation
    Place a small amount of sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Place 1 layer of noodles in pan.
    Combine cottage cheese and egg whites.
    Place on top of noodle layer, then add sauce.
    Place another layer of noodles; top with sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 (259 calories, 24.8 grams protein, 7.2 grams fat, 53 mg cholesterol and 332 mg sodium).
