Sweet Potato Pone - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (12 oz.) box raisins
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Peel and cook potatoes in water until tender; drain.
Beat well and add all ingredients.
Place in greased casserole and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
