Ortega Chili Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. half and half cream
1 (12 oz.) can whole Ortega chilis
1/2 lb. Jack cheese
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/3 c. flour
Preparation

Beat cream, eggs and flour.
Split open chilis and remove seed.
Drain on paper towel.
Make layers of chili, cheese and egg mixture.
Pour tomato sauce on top and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours, covered.
Enjoy.
