Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichokes
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix or blend artichokes, mayonnaise and sour cream. Add 1/4 cup cheese and mix.
    Pour mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until top is light golden brown. Serve with your favorite crackers or vegetables.
