Ingredients

1 c. raisins
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cooked rice
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Beat yolks; add sugar, salt, milk, vanilla and rice.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold into mixture.
Place in baking dish.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
