Easy Elegant Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken breasts (boneless)
1 box cornbread stuffing mix
1/2 c. lemon juice
paprika and parsley

Preparation

Pound out chicken breasts. Prepare stuffing mix and place in center of each breast. Roll up and place in pan. Pour lemon juice over breasts and sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake at 375\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
