Squash Or Zucchini Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated squash
    3 Tbsp. flour or Bisquick
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and add 1 can of corn, drained.
    Put enough oil in skillet to cover bottom.
    Drop by teaspoon in hot oil; brown each side.
    (If too thin and falls apart when done, add a little more Bisquick.)
