Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix (do not get mix with pudding in it)
    1 small box instant vanilla pudding
    1/4 c. poppy seed
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. plain or vanilla yogurt or 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. sherry
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or black walnuts (optional)
    powdered sugar for topping
Preparation
    Mix the dry ingredients:
    cake mix, pudding and poppy seed. Add the eggs, oil and yogurt and mix well with a mixer.
    Add nuts and fold in by hand.
    Pour the mixture into a greased Bundt or tube pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    When cool, sift powdered sugar on top.
