Fried Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. water
3/4 c. Crisco
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 small can evaporated milk
1 egg
Preparation

Cut Crisco into flour with pastry blender and mix all dry ingredients in together.
Beat egg until frothy and add to milk and water.
Pour over dry ingredients and mix with a fork.
Pinch into balls and roll one crust at a time.
