Gazpacho(Cold Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. Libby's tomato juice
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    Tabasco sauce to suit taste
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    pepper to taste
    diced vegetables (cucumbers, onion, green pepper, tomato and carrots)
    chopped boiled eggs
    croutons
Preparation
    Mix tomato juice, olive oil, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, garlic powder and pepper.
    To this add diced cucumbers, onion, green pepper, tomato and carrots.
    (Add any amount you desire, but not too thick.)
