Hot Milk Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    salt
    1/2 c. hot milk
    small piece of butter
    lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and whites separately, then together.
    Add sugar, flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
    Lastly add hot milk with small piece of butter melted in.
    (Use lemon flavoring.) Bake at 350\u00b0.
