Squash Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion just until tender.
    Pour into large bowl.
    Add undiluted soup, oleo and cornbread mix.
    Add 1/2 soup can of water.
    Stir all together.
    Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Eggplant may be used in place of squash.
    Very good.
