Forgotten Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. or 1 small pkg. chocolate or butterscotch chips or M&M's candies

Preparation

Start oven heating at 375\u00b0.
Beat egg whites with salt until stiff.
Beat in sugar until very stiff.
Blend in vanilla and fold in chips.
Drop onto greased cookie sheet from a teaspoon.
Place in oven; turn off heat.
Do not remove cookies from oven until oven and cookies are cold.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
