German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, boiled in jackets
    1/2 lb. bacon, cubed and lightly browned
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    8 eggs, hard-cooked
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dice potatoes in large bowl.
    Add celery.
    Add onion, bacon and 6 sliced eggs.
