Gourmet Chicken Spaghetti(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken, cooked and cubed (reserve broth: 1 c. for sauce and rest to boil spaghetti)
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. butter
    8 oz. spaghetti
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. half and half cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 c. lemon juice
    1/3 c. white wine
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    For sauce:
    Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in saucepan.
    Add flour and stir until smooth.
    Add half and half and 1 cup chicken broth.
    Cook and stir until smooth.
    Add mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, wine, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
