Strawberry-Fig Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. figs, mashed
4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O

Preparation

Mix all ingredients
in
a
large pot.\tBring to a boil and boil 5 minutes.
Put in jars.
Water bathe for 10 minutes. (Place sealed jars in
pot,
cover with
water and boil for 10 minutes.)
