Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

6 skinned, deboned chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
milk to make cake-like batter
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cut breasts up into pieces.
Mix flour, egg, milk, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken pieces into batter and fry until brown. Great cold or hot.
