Thai Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boneless beef sirloin steak (about 3/4-inch thick, about 1 lb.)
3 Tbsp. Kikkoman lite soy sauce
3 Tbsp. lime juice
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 large cloves garlic, pressed
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 heads butter lettuce, washed and drained
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp. chopped unsalted roasted peanuts
Preparation

Place steak in large plastic bag.
Blend lite soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and garlic, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove 1/4 cup mixture; pour over steak.
Press air out of bag; tie top securely.
Turn over several times to coat both sides. Marinate 30 minutes, turning bag over occasionally.
