Pressed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole deboned chicken
    1 small bottle Durkee dressing
    pinch of red pepper
    pinch of salt
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Grind chicken.
    Add dressing, mayonnaise, red pepper, salt and lemon juice.
    Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup chicken broth.
    Bring remaining 1 1/2 cups chicken broth to boil and dissolve gelatin. Mix all ingredients and mold.
