Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Mix sugar, oil and eggs until blended; beat 1 minute.
Stir in remaining ingredients except carrots.
Beat 1 minute.
Stir in carrots.
Pour into pan.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 45 minutes.
