Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. chopped water chestnuts
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onion and add the soup and cheese.
    Heat until the cheese melts.
    Add broccoli and water chestnuts.
    Simmer until the broccoli thaws.
    Add the rice and pour into a buttered casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
