Candied Peanuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. raw peanuts
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Place
all
ingredients in a skillet or large saucepan. Cook over
medium
heat,
stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Cook until nuts are coated with sugar and it appears the water has cooked
out.
Spread
in a large, shallow pan and bake at 250\u00b0 for about an hour.
Do not overcook!
