Broccoli-Tuna Casserole(No Fat) - cooking recipe

1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
4 1/2 c. No-Egg wide noodles
1 c. no fat sour cream
1 c. no fat Miracle Whip
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 c. small fresh broccoli flowerets
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook noodles; drain.
In large bowl mix together sour cream, Miracle Whip, cheese, milk and mustard.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add hot noodles, tuna, broccoli and green onion.
Stir and blend evenly.
Place in a 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serves 6.
