Butterscotch Brownies(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 egg whites or egg substitute equal to 1 egg
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blend oil and sugar.
    Stir in unbeaten egg.
    Sift flour and baking powder together and combine.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
