Greek Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 pound tomatoes, seeded, diced
2 cups diced, seeded, peeled cucumber
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
1/4 cup chopped red onion
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup coarsely crumbled feta cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, olives, red onion and parsley in a large bowl. Whisk oil, vinegar and oregano in a small bowl. Pour over vegetables. Toss to coat. Gently stir in cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
