Sugar-Free Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans unsweetened chunky fruit cocktail
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1 large box sugar-free pudding (cooking kind)
    bananas
    kiwi
    seedless grapes
    1 or 2 apples
Preparation
    Drain juice from pineapple and fruit cocktail; mix with pudding mix in microwave-safe dish.
    Cook until thickened, stirring frequently to prevent lumps.
    Cool.
    Mix canned fruits and fresh fruits (those listed or anything you like except strawberries).
    Stir in pudding and refrigerate.
