Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. corn oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix and blend all ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Add grated carrots last.
Makes three 8-inch layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until done.
