Pickle Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small or medium size dill pickles
    Philadelphia cream cheese
    any thinly sliced sandwich meat such as corned beef, dried beef, etc.
Preparation
    Dry pickles on paper towels.
    Spread cream cheese (softened with a little milk) around each pickle.
    Hold pickle on fork to facilitate spreading.
    Wrap beef slices (one or two per pickle) around each pickle.
    A little cream cheese on edges of beef will make it stick together.
    Chill in refrigerator for at least two hours, then slice in rounds.
    Can be made a day ahead.
