Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked diced potatoes
    1 cube margarine
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium onion
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
    4 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion with cube of margarine until onion is soft.
    Add soup, sour cream, salt and cheese.
    Mix together with cooked potatoes.
    Put in baking dish.
    Melt 4 tablespoons margarine and add to crushed cornflakes.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    May be microwaved for 5 to 8 minutes.
