Armadillo Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (11 oz. each) cans whole jalapeno peppers
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. hot pork sausage
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. pork Shake 'N Bake
Preparation
    Wash and drain peppers, then devein and remove seeds (unless you like it really hot).
    Set aside.
    Grate cheese; stuff peppers. Then add rest of cheese to sausage and biscuit mix.
    Mix well; set aside.
