Mexican Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sharp cheese
6 eggs
1 can green chilies
Preparation

Grease 8 x 8-inch square pan.
Grate cheese.
Place half of cheese on bottom of pan.
Drain can of chilies, reserving the liquid.
Dice the chilies small and sprinkle over the one layer of cheese.
Sprinkle remaining half of cheese over chilies.
Thoroughly beat eggs, using the liquid from the chilies.
Pour over top of cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 to 40 minutes.
Let cool, then cut into small squares and serve.
