Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. coconut, divided
2 eggs
1 can cream of coconut
1 medium size tub whipped topping
Preparation

Mix the cake mix, oil, water, 1 cup coconut, eggs and 1 cup cream of coconut together.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
