Carrot Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. quick cooking oats
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, blend together the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add the brown sugar, milk, egg and margarine.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add carrots and oats; mix well. Spoon the batter into greased muffin pan cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake for 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serve hot or cold.
