5 Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed beef
    3 carrots, cut in pieces
    1 c. celery, cut in pieces
    1 c. soft bread, broken in pieces
    1 can tomatoes
    1 c. potatoes (2), cubed
    1 1/2 onions, diced
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Cover and bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0 or 300\u00b0.
    Stir after about 2 1/2 hours.
