Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cranberries, halved
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
2 c. flour
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Combine flour and next 4 ingredients together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together egg, juice, water and melted butter.
Make a well in the flour mixture and pour egg mixture into it.
Just moisten dry ingredients.
Fold in prepared cranberries and walnuts.
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
